Whoop and I went to Hughes Dressage for a lesson with Gareth on Saturday. We had a great time working mainly on his trot work. Thanks to Russel Arnold for videoing my lesson.

So chuffed! Whoop and I got our story and photo in the paper today! All in aid of Arthritis Research UK's campaign for the recognition of arthrits, especially JIA, in young people and the launch of their state of the art, world-leading new Juvenile Arthritis Centre of Excellence in London.

Hopefully, the general perception that only older people can suffer from arthrits can be overcome!

Had a Great time Training with Conrad

Got back late last night after spending two days training with Conrad Schumacher. Whoop was fantastic! Really enjoyed it and we learnt a lot. Conrad was pleased with the work we have been doing with Gareth, now he wants us to take it to the next level with more lightness and self-carriage within the power and cadence.
Thank you to Louise Davison for organising and to Jane Kirkland for hosting the clinic.
I'm shattered now and I'm sure Whoop is too! Hopefully, he can go out for a little play in the snow this morning.

Home from a fantastic two days down at Gareth's! Both Whoop and I are shattered. Really enjoyed working our two lessons, Whoop felt fab but it is just a case of building his strength so he can show more expression, more consistently and with greater suppleness.
Whoop gets chiro treatment and SCENAR tomorrow with Annie, that I am sure he will thoroughly enjoy

I am so excited about 2013!
This year I am going to get fitter, stronger and healthier so that I can be a more effective rider and competitor. I will work hard with my trainers to become the best rider I can. I am looking forward to training Whoop and Darcy to reach new heights. I am totally stoked to have such great opportunities open to me and my team and to have such fantastic support from my generous sponsors and trainers.
So much work to do, so much fun to be had!
